Family room with tv accommodated us perfectly. Liked that we had an electric kettle and a multi-channel television. It was very close to nice pub, and bus stop which goes to railway station, easy and ideal location overall.

We stayed at The Bay Horse for two nights while attending the horse racing in York. The staff was very helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds, a nice big bathroom, and a kettle for coffee and tea. The location was ideal, with convenient parking and plenty of nice places to eat on the same street. The owners were welcoming and provided great advice on local restaurants.

Convenient location near a bus stop 🚌, a cozy pub downstairs, and a restaurant. the hotel is also just 3 km away from Knavesmire Park, which was a nice bonus. I really enjoyed my stay here!
